Dummy Workshop - Summer Course

In our half-day dummy workshop, we deepen our work on the three dummy locations and devote ourselves to exciting combination tasks. All in a great area that offers you and your dogs lots of opportunities.

We work in several groups, some of the dogs have a break every now and then. Relaxed waiting on a blanket or in the car should therefore be stress-free for your four-legged friend during the breaks.

The prerequisite for participation is that you are training with your dog in one of the existing dummy courses at fairtrain.

Dogs have been with me for as long as I can remember - I was very lucky to grow up with dogs and to always have dogs in my life later on. My Viszla mix Benny has been by my side since 2016. After a change of ownership at my former dog school, I consciously came into contact with aversive training methods for the first time, and after the first lesson it was clear that this was not for Benny and me. We came to fairtrain through a recommendation and were happy with the positive reinforcement training from the very first lesson.

I also discovered dummy training with Benny, which is a great hobby for both of us. Through my work with him as a client at fairtrain, I became interested in learning more about the background to dog training (learning theory etc.). Mumi then encouraged me in my idea to start training as a trainer.

Today I am an IBH-licensed dummy trainer and have completed my training as a dog trainer with the ATN, and I am happy to be able to pass on my knowledge. Respectful, clear and motivating interaction with people and dogs is particularly important to me - both during training and in everyday life.

My many years of experience in the management of customer services in the international field as well as the completion of a management school are today the basis of my leadership qualities as owner and manager of the dog school fairtrain GmbH / fairtrain-for dog and human. Goal-oriented working as well as working under pressure is a must.

I love the challenge of working with many different human-dog teams. My analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as my great patience and love for dogs and humans supports me in behavioural consultations, individual coaching and group trainings.

I am currently completing a training course in dog gait analysis and in-depth training in behavioural counselling.

With our dog we are currently still working on the early stages of training, reducing excitement outside and developing the ability to stay alone.
